Baked Ranch Chicken Recipe

Ingredients -

6 large boneless chicken breast halves
½ cup melted butter
1 envelope ranch dressing mix
¼ cup freshly grated parmesan
1 cup Italian breadcrumbs


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan and ranch dressing mix in a shallow dish.

Dip each chicken piece into the melted butter and then into the breadcrumb mixture.

Arrange the chicken in a greased baking dish and bake it until the juices run clear.

This should take about 45 minutes.

Serve with mashed potatoes.

Sauteed Swiss Chard with Parmesan Cheese


  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • YUMMY!

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 small red onion, diced
  • 1 bunch Swiss chard, stems and center ribs cut out and chopped together, leaves coarsely chopped separately
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt to taste (optional)


  1. Melt butter and olive oil together in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in the garlic and onion, and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the chard stems and the white wine. Simmer until the stems begin to soften, about 5 minutes. Stir in the chard leaves, and cook until wilted. Finally, stir in lemon juice and Parmesan cheese; season to taste with salt if needed.

  1. 1 In a bowl, combine peanut oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, green onions, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, paprika, pepper, pepper flakes, salt, sesame oil, and garlic cloves.
  2. 2 Once properly mixed, combine salmon fillets with marinade.
  3. 3 Cover and place into refrigerator for 2-24 hours. The longer the better.
  4. 4 Place fillets on outdoor grill.
  5. 5 Cook fillets 4 minutes on each side. Enjoy.
